Thoroughly mixes and aerates ingredients, with a direct gear drive transmission for consistent results. The motors, gears and transmissions provide a long mixer life. All come with standard metallic hybrid powder coat finish. Standard equipment consists of basic mixer with one stainless steel bowl, "B" flat beater, "D" wire loop whip and stainless steel bowl guard.

The mixer-grinder consists of a glass bead finished stainless steel hopper and stainless steel panels which enclose the base assembly and motors. The mixing arm and conveyor screw are tinned. The end ring and cylinder are caster stainless steel. The casters are nickel-chrome plated with a stainless steel bearing. 7-1/2 hp grind motor; 1 hp mix motor and an 8' cord and plug power connection. Casters, pneumatic foot switch, drain pan, and splash shield are standard.
